What if we don't finish in two days?

This is exactly why we map out the scope together before we start. If a project is too big for two days, we’ll scale it to a piece that IS finishable, or talk honestly about whether The Breakthrough is the right format before you apply. You won’t find out on Day 1 that it wasn’t realistic.

What if my project turns out to be bigger than I thought once we're in it?

That happens sometimes, and it’s part of why we scope carefully upfront. If we hit a wall mid-project, we’ll prioritize together so you leave with the most important piece truly finished, not several pieces half-done.

What do I need to prepare before our two days together?

Whatever raw materials exist for your project: drafts, outlines, accounts, access, notes, assets. We’ll go over exactly what’s needed for your specific project once your application is approved.

Is this only for online/digital projects?

No. Past projects I’ve built have included training programs, retreats, books, hiring processes and more. If you’re not sure whether your project fits, apply and we’ll talk it through.

Can I split it into two separate days instead of back-to-back?

The two days are typically most effective back-to-back, since we build momentum and stay in the work without losing context. If your situation requires something different, mention it in your application and we can discuss.

What happens after I apply?

I’ll review your application to make sure this is the right fit and that two days is realistic for what you need done. If it is, we’ll schedule a short call to finalize scope and pick your dates.

Why is this a 1:1 offer instead of a group program?

Because the work itself is the point. This isn’t about learning alongside others, it’s about you and me, focused entirely on your project, until it’s done.
